What we collect

IPeeve is a set of diagnostic tools. To operate them we temporarily process the information you enter (domain names, IP addresses, URLs) and the results we look up on your behalf. Query inputs and results may be cached briefly for performance. Your IP address is used for rate limiting — to keep the tools available to everyone and to deter abuse — and is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.

What we do not collect

We do not require accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses, or passwords. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, not who visited them). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out with Google's opt-out tools or your browser's cookie controls.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Data retention

Cached tool results expire automatically (minutes to hours). Rate-limit counters expire automatically. We do not build profiles.

Children

IPeeve is a professional IT utility and is not directed at children under 13.
